You will be receiving an email that captures the information entered during your online registration session.
If you are paying by check, please mail a check made out to Mid-Atlantic MADness, along with a note identifying the trial, your name and the dog’s name so that we can match the check to the online entry. This check and note is mailed to the same address as in the premium so that it is received before the secondary closing date of March 23, 2015:

You do not have to fill out and mail the entry form.
Later you will be receiving an email confirmation after your entry information has been checked and entered into the trial database. If you need to correct your entry, please do not use the online entry to enter again; instead, contact the trial secretary (JLGauntt@aol.com) with your changes.
Note that, unless notified otherwise, an entry will not be considered valid until payment is received.
